This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the TriggerLog AI application. Your privacy is our priority.
**Data Storage and Collection: **All data you enter into the application, including your triggers, feelings, situations, and reflections, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or transmit any of your personal journal data to our own servers.
**Third-Party AI Services:** To provide AI-powered features (such as AI Helper, AI Reflections, and Weekly Recap), the application sends specific, contextual data from your trigger entries to Google's Gemini language models. This process is initiated only when you choose to use an AI feature. The data sent for processing includes the text you have entered for that specific trigger (e.g., the feeling, what happened, your brain's story, and your response). This data is used solely for the purpose of generating an AI response to be displayed back to you within the app. We do not include personally identifiable information like your name, email, or unique device identifiers in these requests. Please be aware that data processed by Google is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
**Data Sharing:** We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third parties.
